The larger soil drying ovens are constructed with mild steel and a powder coated exterior and a Stainless Steel coated chamber, which is both durable and corrosion resistant. The door locking arrangement is easy and convenient, using a lever to lock and unlock with a half turn.
A Safety Thermostat is fitted inside the oven for safety purposes, and in case of failure of the PID controller, the safety thermostat will serve as the temperature controller. A High/Low switch is fitted on the panel of the oven for the heaters, allowing the heaters to burn all together or at half capacity. The least count division for viewing and setting the temperature is 0.1º C, and all sizes of oven are fitted with a PID controller having a microprocessor digital control as standard. The wiring of the heaters can be connected or disconnected by removing the side panels of the oven. Caster wheels with a locking arrangement are fitted below the oven for easy movability of the unit from one place to another, and all units come with an MCB tripping device in cases of any short circuit, overloading of voltage, and low voltage cut-off.
