What Are the Refrigeration Assembly and Maintenance Accessories Used For?
Refrigeration technicians have to be able to turn a system diagram and a circuit diagram into a working plant, and this set lets that be practised without soldering. Trainees plan the job, mount the pressure switches, thermostatic expansion valve and evaporator on the aluminium panel, run and bolt the pipework to the condensing unit, and wire the units and switching elements to the switch cabinet. The circuit is then evacuated, filled and commissioned, the thermostat set within -30 to 15 °C and the chamber checked through the sight window, after which the system can be stripped down for the next group.
