Frame

Clutch
Clutches are of pin/rolling key type and are well supported with high rigidity. The Clutch is made of special alloy steel, and the pin/rolling key is manufactured from W.P.S./EN24 material with proper heat treatment to ensure trouble free long life and give continuous stroke for mass production.
Adjustable Stroke
Gears are of steel cast or fabricated construction, with gear teeth generated by a precision hobbing machine. The unique feature of adjustable stroke enables the press to perform all kinds of operations by employing a short stroke for blanking and forming operations. A properly sized flywheel, made of high grade cast iron, stores and releases adequate energy for the pressing operation and is properly balanced for smooth running.
